Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield will not be disqualified from participating in this year’s NFL scouting combine because of his arrest in February, a league spokesman said Wednesday. (ESPN.com)
Nerdy Football Analysis: This year’s Heisman Trophy winner, Baker Mayfield, is scheduled to play in the Senior Bowl on January 27th. A solid outing would improve his draft stock heading into the NFL combine. He is currently projected to be selected in the second wave of this year’s deep quarterback class.
