NFL Stacks and Fades: Week 15, 2016

December 16, 2016

Daily Fantasy Football Lineup Advice: This is slated to be one of the lowest scoring weeks in recent memory with some truly small Vegas lines. Fortunately, there are still some good games and at least one stack to target. Stack Philip Rivers ($6.2 DK; $7.8k FD) with Kenneth Farrow ($4.4k DK; $6k FD) and/or Tyrell Williams ($5.8k DK; $6.5k FD) and/or Dontrelle Inman ($5.1k DK; $5.5k FD) and/or Antonio Gates ($4.1k DK; $5.3k FD)  I like this spot a lot for Rivers and company as 3 point home dogs. They’re projected to score 23 points against a defense many thought would be much improved in 2016 but has never really gelled together as a unit. Overall, they’re the sixth most generous defense in terms of fantasy points given up to opposing offenses over the season while being more of a middle of the road team over the past four weeks. We’ve seen Rivers be somewhat inconsistent lately, throwing for 10 touchdowns in the past four weeks but also throwing 10 interceptions. This makes him a bad real life quarterback but a salvageable fantasy one. This looks to be the kind of game Rivers could return to posting high 20s or low
