Was working out with his Steelers teammates this weekend
Dwayne Haskins, a standout at Ohio State before struggling to catch on with Washington and Pittsburgh in the NFL, died this morning when he got hit by a car in South Florida, per his agent Cedric Saunders. Haskins would have turned 25 years old on May 3. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Haskins last appeared on the field for Washington in 2020 playing in 7 games and was a member of the Steelers in 2021 but never got solid footing in the NFL. He was drafted in the middle of Round 1 (pick No.15) by Washington in 2019. He was reportedly working out with his Steelers teammates this weekend.
