Nerdy Football Analysis: With the exception of his 190-total yard explosion in Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Powell has been a bitter disappointment for those owners who expected him to take over the Jets’ backfield and benefit from excessive garbage time. Elijah McGuire may be forced to carry the load in Week 6 versus the New England Patriots should Powell and Matt Forte (toe) be unable to go.
