The Jets have claimed safety Dion Bailey from the Seahawks, a source tells Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports (on Twitter). Bailey was waived by Seattle to make room for Kam Chancellor.
The second-year player started the Seahawks’ opener against the Rams, but an ill-timed stumble allowed a costly Lance Kendricks fourth-quarter touchdown en route to St. Louis’ overtime victory. Bailey joined the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent.
