Injury Admits finger isn’t fully healed, but in “90th percentile”

Coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that Russell Wilson isn’t limited in his return to practice, another sign that he’s likely to play Sunday. Wilson said he noticed his finger during his first practice back on Monday and had to “get through” it, but that it now feels good enough to make all the throws, even if it’s not quite back to normal.

“I feel really close. I’m not 100% yet, but I’m pretty dang close. I would say 90th percentile if not higher. I feel great. I’ve got great conviction about what I’m doing, how I’m doing it. My mindset is better than ever. I’m ready to roll and ready to go,” Wilson said. (ESPN – Brady Henderson)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Wilson will not catch much of a break in his first game in over a month against the Packers, who have held Kyler Murray and Patrick Mahomes to a total of one touchdown in their last two games. It would not be a surprise to see Green Bay and Seattle slug it out on the ground in Week 10 given the length of Wilson’s absence and Aaron Rodgers’ lack of practice over the last two weeks. Nevertheless, fantasy managers should fire up Wilson unless they have another top 10 option with a better matchup.
