Sprained MCL
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard sprained his MCL and is expected to miss two to four weeks, a source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Howard injured his left knee late in the first half of Sunday’s 48-10 loss to the Bears. (ESPN)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Howard has been a low-end TE1 option with 222 yards and 1 TD through four games. His absence will allow Jameis Winston favorite, Cameron Brate, to see increased opportunities. The Bucs have a bye in Week 5.
