Nerdy Football Analysis: It’s possible Carson can make it back before the end of the regular season, but a return around the NFL Playoffs seems more likely. HC Pete Carroll seemed to suggest Thomas Rawls will get the first shot at reclaiming the starting job, but the whole Seattle backfield is a mess at the moment. Eddie Lacy will likely steal carries from Rawls, while oft-injured C.J. Prosise and J.D. McKissic could share work on passing downs.
