One-and-done yet again

Nerdy Football Analysis: Most fans will see this move as a good thing, but one has to wonder if DeFilippo didn’t have a small hand in getting a career year out of Leonard Fournette, play a pivotal role in D.J. Chark’s breakout season or have something to do with Gardner Minshew being a quick study. Expect the Jags to go with a run-first play-caller this time, but it remains to be seen if he’ll do any better than DeFilippo, who has lasted no more than one year in all three offensive coordinator stints.
