Nerdy Football Analysis: The deal is yet to be finalized but unless there’s a snag, the former Cowboys wideout will be playing for the Cardinals in 2018. Butler struggled to get consistent playing time since being drafted by Oakland in 2013. His 15-317-3 line last season in Dallas including 21.5 yards per catch. He’ll have a decent opportunity in Arizona to see the field with only Larry Fitzgerald and J.J. Nelson ahead of him on the depth chart.
