Joins Deonte Thompson as recent FA WR signings by Dallas
The Cowboys are signing their second wide receiver in free agency, sources have confirmed.
Sources told SportsDay Cowboys insider Brandon George on Friday that Dallas has agreed to a 2-year deal with ex-Jaguars receiver Allen Hurns. (Dallas Morning News)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Hurns was dumped by Jacksonville earlier this week and joins Deonte Thompson as recent free agent wide receiver signings by the Cowboys. Hurns has missed 11 games the last two seasons and failed to top 500 receiving yards in either season. He’s a candidate to replace Terrance Williams as the No.2 wideout opposite Dez Bryant.
