Questionable for Week 1
Texans coach Bill O’Brien was noncommittal on the status of starting wide receiver Will Fuller heading into the season-opener Sunday against the New England Patriots.
Fuller has been limited all week with a strained hamstring he sustained during the preseason. and is listed as questionable on the injury report. “We’ll see,” O’Brien said. “We’ll see how the next couple days go.” (Houston Chronicle)
Nerdy Football Analysis: The Patriots have limited DeAndre Hopkins in their last four meetings (7-76-0, 6-65-0, 4-56-0, 3-52-0) which makes Fuller an interesting option in Week 1 if he’s able to get on the field. If he’s unable to play, Bruce Ellington could be a sneaky DFS play.
