InjuryInjury-prone TE looking for a team

NFL teams have begun to be notified that Bengals’ free-agent-to-be TE Tyler Eifert, who underwent micro-disc surgery last season, was cleared last week by Dr. Robert Watkins to participate in OTAs this spring and play in 2018, per source. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Eifert has played in only 10 games the last two seasons and missed most of 2017 with a back injury. He’s been productive when on the field including a 13-TD effort in 2015 but his injury history will limit his fantasy appeal regardless of which team he ends up with. Possible landing spots include the Bengals, Falcons, Texans, Packers and Jaguars to name a few.
