Suffered dislocated finger early in Week 14
Bengals WR Tyler Boyd could miss a week or two after dislocating a finger on his right hand in Sunday’s win over the #Browns, but it shouldn’t be an extended absence, per source. Healing, pain tolerance will dictate when he returns. (NFL Network – Tom Pelissero)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Ja’Marr Chase managed 10 catches against the Browns in part because Tee Higgins and Boyd played a total of three snaps. Trenton Irwin logged a season-high 56 offensive snaps as a result and would likely be the Bengals’ second-best option in the passing game if Higgins, Boyd and Hayden Hurst (calf) cannot play versus the Bucs in Week 15. If that were to happen, Irwin would be worth a play in only deep leagues with multiple flex spots.
