Browns running back Kareem Hunt underwent sports hernia surgery on Thursday morning and will spend at least part of his eight-game suspension rehabbing from the procedure. He won’t, however, be permitted to rehab at the Browns facility during the suspension, the spokesman said. (Cleveland.com)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Hunt should have plenty of time to rehab before he comes off suspension and eligible to play in Week 10 but Hunt shouldn’t be considered in most re-draft leagues unless you have a deep bench. Nick Chubb has RB1 upside and first opportunity to be the lead RB even when Hunt ready to contribute.
