Ankle injury
Giants are “optimistic” and “hopeful” that RB Saquon Barkley will play Sunday night after missing the past three games due to a sprained ankle, but also want to make sure there are no setbacks, per sources. But they “feel good about it”, so signs point up.
Giants’ TE Darren Waller, listed as questionable for Sunday night due to a groin injury, is expected to play vs. the Bills, per source.
Bills’ TE Dawson Knox, listed as questionable for Sunday night due to a wrist injury, is expected to play vs. the Giants, per source (Adam Schefter on X)
Nerdy Football Analysis: It looks like we may see Barkley on the field Sunday night but given his gametime status it will be a tricky situation for fantasy owners to navigate. The Giants will be without starting QB Daniel Jones so Barkley would be a welcome addition to the offense. Matt Breida has done very little in Barkley’s absence.
