Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny is set to make his season debut against Washington, per source. Barring a change today, Seattle is expected to activate the former first-round pick off IR. Been a long road from a knee injury. TE Greg Olsen (foot) is considered a longer shot. (Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)
