Chargers impressed by rookie QB, Tyrod Taylor not ready to return

Nerdy Football Analysis: The Chargers running game has been looking pretty sharp, so they may not need either Taylor or Herbert that much this week against the Panthers. But deep-leaguers are looking more and more like they can safely deploy Herbert as a low-upside QB2 in Week 3.
