Nerdy Football Analysis: Lindsay was rolling with nearly 80 yards rushing on nine carries before getting popped by Daniel Sorenson right before the two-minute warning. HC Vic Fangio told reporters Monday he was “unsure” about Lindsay’s Week 8 status, but it’s a good bet he takes a seat for one week while Melvin Gordon gets a shot in a featured role (again) versus his former team in the Chargers. Barring an unexpected setback, Lindsay should be good to go in Week 9 against the Falcons.
