Hearing scheduled for today, but injunction could delay final ruling

But Mike Florio could have inside knowledge of Elliott’s plans to have a court file an injunction, and given the convoluted nature of previous suspensions, including Deflategate and the Saints bounty scandal, Zeke might actually be available for Week 1, even if the six games stands at the end of today.
