Nerdy Football Analysis: In addition to being one team short of having the distinction of playing for all four AFC West rivals, Gordon joins a contending team that would prefer to have another rugged runner besides Isiah Pacheco and a more dynamic option than Jerick McKinnon. Gordon will start out on the practice squad but likely did not join the Chiefs with the idea he would be third on the depth chart. There is a decent chance Gordon emerges as a flex option before the fantasy season ends.
