Chargers’ RB Melvin Gordon’s holdout could soon be coming to an end, though no final decisions have made when to report, per league sources. He had planned to return at some point in October, but could soon be moving up his reporting date. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Sounds like Gordon is getting antsy to play football or to start making some money. Other reports suggest Gordon could report on Thursday but even if he did, he wouldn’t play in Week 4. Either way, Austin Ekeler owners should start to make plans for Ekeler being a Flex option instead of an RB1 when Gordon does return.
