Reiterating much of what he said during his Thursday press conference on the status of Marshawn Lynch (hamstring), Carroll said the decision on whether or not to play the Seattle running back against the Lions is “probably going to go to game-time.” “He’s got a slight hamstring pull, but for a running back that runs as crazy as he does it’s really important and crucial to him. But we’ll see how he goes, he’s working hard for us.” (Seahawks.com)

Nerdy Football Analysis: The Seahawks don’t play until Monday night so Lynch owners having to make a decision on Sunday should play it safe and look for other options. If Lynch sits, Thomas Rawls and Fred Jackson would see increased action.
