Nerdy Football Analysis: With Bell out, expect the Jets to use Bilal Powell and Ty Montgomery at running back. Powell is probably the better fantasy play but the Jets are 29th in fantasy points scored by running backs suggesting Powell is not a slam dunk play even against the Dolphins.
