InjuryExpected to be ready for Week 1

Miami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake, who had missed two weeks due to an injury that required a walking boot on a foot, returned to practice Monday.

Drake appeared explosive and sharp in his cuts as he ran through drills in a portion of practice open to the media. Drake’s injury, sustained in a joint practice at Tampa Bay, was reported by The Post as non-structural. Drake is now on track, it would seem, for the season opener against Baltimore on September 8. Nerdy Football Analysis: Drake’s ADP has slipped to RB33 in over the last couple weeks being taken somewhere in the middle of round 7 on average. He’ll likely be splitting time with Kalen Ballage but Drake should be the lead back in this committee. Miami’s offense isn’t one fantasy owners should be targeting but Drake is currently priced at a discount.
