Hamstring injury; could return as early as Week 9
Following tests today, Texans WR Keke Coutee’s hamstring injury is not considered a serious one, source said. He told reporters he’s probably out Thursday vs. the Dolphins, but may not be out much more than that. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Coutee’s production has slowed considerably since his 11-catch, 15-target debut, but he’s also seen limited time at practice since returning and been dogged by a hamstring injury since this summer. Far from a coincidence given Coutee’s early exit, Will Fuller bounced back in Week 7 and should be a good bet for WR3 production at the very least Thursday against Miami.
