Patriots expected to release WR
The Patriots placed Josh Gordon on injured reserve Wednesday, ending the receiver’s run in New England. Gordon had been playing through a left knee injury, and then was knocked out of the team’s Oct. 10 win over the New York Giants when he injured the knee. (ESPN)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Gordon is expected to be released once healthy, then he’s free to sign with a new team. Right now, he’s a hold in fantasy football but it’s difficult to see him making any kind of significant impact.
