Nerdy Football Analysis: In case there was any doubt about where the Arizona backfield stands entering the regular season, Petzing cleared it up. Benson figures to get worked in occasionally, but it sounds as if the Cardinals expect Conner to pick up where he left off at the end of last season when he was the highest-scoring non-quarterback in fantasy from Weeks 13-18. Benson’s time will most likely come in 2025 with Conner due to be a free agent at the end of this season. For now, however, Benson figures to be little more than a high-upside handcuff.
