Nerdy Football Analysis: Toney’s been a bit of conundrum in his early career, showing flashes of being a difference maker on the field mixed with injury and off-field issues. JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman will be a free agents at the end of the season. It sounds like Toney had worn out his welcome in New York and a fresh start was needed for both sides.
