Hamstring injury
Jags RB Leonard Fournette on his hamstring injury and Sunday availability: “I started running on it today (he didn’t practice). It feels good. So that’s progress. We’ll see. It’s a game-time decision… I like my chances more and more as the day has gone on.” (ESPN – Jeff Darlington)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Owners should obviously have a backup plan in place, but it’s hard to imagine him sitting out against the Patriots if he is feeling good by the weekend. Although much has been made about Fournette’s durability this week, there was some thought about him returning to last week’s game before the team decided to play it safe. The Jaguars could always opt to have him split carries with T.J. Yeldon this week, but most owners should start Fournette if he is active Sunday.
