Expects to be ready for spring after Lisfranc repair
Giants TE Evan Engram’s foot surgery involved a LisFranc ligament repair. “It wasn’t a full-blown tear, but it needed some fixing.” He expects to make a full recovery and should resume training in the spring. (Newsday – Bob Glauber)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Engram will enter his fourth season with durability being a huge question mark. After logging 15 games as a rookie, he’s played in only 19 of 32 possible games in the last two years, including just eight in 2019. Regardless of whom the Giants hire to coach and/or call plays next season, the likelihood is that Engram will remain the top threat in the passing game.
