Johnson missed practice all week
The Cardinals hope to have running back David Johnson (ankle) and wide receiver Christian Kirk (ankle). Johnson didn’t practice at all this week. Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury was not ruling out the possibility of having Johnson available.
“He’s a tough guy,” Kingsbury said. “We’re hopeful, but we’ll see how he feels on Sunday.” (AZCardinals.com)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Kingsbury said Johnson could play despite not having practiced all week. If he sits Chase Edmonds would assume a workhorse role. The teams signed Alfred Morris and Zach Zenner earlier in the week. Kirk was limited in practice this week and seems like the better bet to see the field.
