Hanging on by a thread in the NFC West divisional race, the Seattle Seahawks pulled out a big 39-30 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Such a high scoreline is a good thing to see for fantasy owners who had some of Seattle’s biggest offensive playmakers on their teams. Let’s take a look at how quarterback Russell Wilson, running back Thomas Rawls and wide receiver Doug Baldwin fared for your fantasy teams and what to do with them moving forward.

Russell Wilson

Sunday was Wilson’s finest performance of the season, as he racked up 34 fantasy points thanks to five passing touchdowns.

He’s had a hot hand lately, coming off of a 25-point performance during Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers

A dual threat, Wilson also can get stuff done with his legs when things through the air aren’t working. But he didn’t need to against the Steelers.

Obviously, there’s no reason to not have Wilson in your starting lineup. If you have him, start him. But you didn’t need me to tell you that.

Thomas Rawls

Rawls is taking advantage of Marshawn Lynch‘s absence due to injury. While it wasn’t the 209-yard performance against the 49ers, having 81 yards and a touchdown is still a solid week for a back who had 13 carries total from Weeks 6 to 10.

NFL Fantasy Football has some big visions for Rawls:

It isn’t guaranteed that Lynch will be out for the entire season, but the way Rawls is running, it might not matter.

Keep an eye on Lynch’s status anyway, because if he does return with the Seahawks in the thick of the playoff hunt, he will take carries away from Rawls. But for now, enjoy Rawls in your starting lineup while you can.

Doug Baldwin

Baldwin reminded fantasy owners that he’s still worth a start every once in a while with a monster game on Sunday. His three touchdowns helped him to a 32-point day, his highest of the season.

His ability to create yards after the catch helped fantasy owners all day, as the NFL shows:

With single-digit fantasy point outputs, it’s easy to see why some fantasy owners might have had Baldwin on the bench. It couldn’t have felt good to see him put on that kind of performance.

Now with the loss of tight end Jimmy Graham, per ESPN.com’s Sheil Kapadia, Wilson is going to be without a big target, and Baldwin could reap the benefits moving forward. If you have him, putting him as your WR2 or WR3 is a good option moving forward.
