Dislocated shoulder, no surgery for Trubisky

InjuryShould be back “sooner rather than later”

Initial MRI on Bears’ QB Mitchell Trubisky revealed he has a dislocated left shoulder, with a slight labrum tear, but does not need surgery and should he back “sooner rather than later”, per source. He will travel with team to London and is unlikely to play vs. Raiders. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Trubisky isn’t expected to play Week 5 against the Raiders (London) and the Bears have a bye in Week 6 so it’s conceivable he could play in Week 7 against the Saints. Chase Daniel will get the start against Oakland. Given his early-season performance Trubisky should only rostered in 2-QBs leagues.
