Groin injury could sideline him until Week 5
While the timetable remains TBD, my understanding is #Eagles WR DeSean Jackson isn’t expected to play Sunday against the #Lions because of his groin injury and a quick turnaround to Thursday night game vs. #Packers will make that tough, too. Less speed on the field. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: The Eagles were decimated with injuries in their Week 2 contest against Atlanta with Jackson, Alshon Jeffery and Dallas Goedert all leaving the game. The Eagles could be looking at a Week 3 receiving corps of Nelson Agholor, Mack Hollins and JJ Arcega-Whiteside.
