Patriots running back dilemma
The Patriots have downgraded RB Damien Harris (thigh) to out for Sunday’s game against the Raiders.
With Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) questionable, the Patriots might consider bringing J.J. Taylor up to the game-day roster. (Mike Reiss on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Harris was limited in practice this week so this is somewhat of a surprise. As of now, Stevenson, Kevin Harris and Pierre Strong Jr. are the likely running backs available for Sunday but Stevenson’s health and role are still an issue. Hopefully we’ll get more clarity late tonight or Sunday morning.
