Denver forced to go with unproven wideouts after Sanders injury
Fourth-round rookie draft pick DaeSean Hamilton has only five catches after missing several weeks with a knee injury. He’ll now be featured in the slot along with River Cracraft, an undrafted player who was promoted from Denver’s practice squad. He has just four game appearances and no catches. Tim Patrick, another undrafted first-year player off the practice squad, is also likely to receive increased targets. (Denver Post)
Nerdy Football Analysis: The Denver depth chart at wide receiver features a host of unproven players with Courtland Sutton at the top. Hamilton is worthy of a flier in deeper leagues and should be in starting lineup this week against the 49ers. San Francisco has given up the 3rd most fantasy points to wide receivers.
