Personnel overhaul going on in Carolina

Nerdy Football Analysis: Another small, one-year deal for a wide receiver. Given the personnel overhaul going on in Carolina, Chark is likely to find himself in the starting lineup opposite Adam Thielen. The Panthers currently hold the No.1 draft pick and are expected to have a rookie quarterback which will make Chark a volatile fantasy asset but he should have some flex appeal in 2023.
