Cole Beasley played through broken fibula

Injury Played in three playoff games following Week 16 injury

Cole Beasley said he broke his fibula in Week 16: “Take a few meds & suck it up.” Said it hurt vs Colts & somewhat less vs Ravens. Said it didn’t bother him vs KC. “There was no way I was gonna miss a playoff game.” (NFL Network – Kim Jones)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Football players are just a different breed. Beasley told reporters Monday it was a “slight” break and surgery would not be required. If that is the case, Beasley should be ready for offseason work if the league allows teams to hold OTAs and minicamps. The 31-year-old set career highs with 82 catches and 967 yards in 2020 and should be viewed as a low-end WR3/high-end WR4 in fantasy drafts this spring and summer.
