On Chargers RB Melvin Gordon: While his ankle injury is minor, I’m now hearing SD is likely to hold him out to help him get 100% healthy (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: The Chargers and Raiders play a late-afternoon game so we’ll have to wait until after the early games before we know for sure if Gordon will play. If Gordon sits, Branden Oliver and Danny Woodhead would handle the running back duties.
