One-year deal
The Panthers have signed WR Chris Hogan, formerly with the New England Patriots. (Jourdan Rodrigue on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Hogan ends his three-year tenure with the Patriots where he had inconsistent success never topping 40 catches in a season. He’ll join a Panthers team in need of wide receiver depth who plan to feature D.J. Moore and veteran tight end Greg Olsen in the passing game. Hogan should slide into a starter role but will have to battle Curtis Samuel for opportunities. He’s a WR5 at best in redraft leagues.
