InjuryShould be OK for Week 13

Ben Roethlisberger left the game late Sunday and was put in the NFL’s concussion protocol as backup Landry Jones finished up the final series.

Roethlisberger reported that he had symptoms of a possible concussion, and that is when they pulled him from the game and put him in the protocol mandated by the NFL. It will mean he must pass several tests this week before he can play Sunday against Indianapolis at Heinz Field.

Nerdy Football Analysis: Roethlisberger missed the last couple minutes of the Seattle loss but did extensive damage during the game with 456 passing yards and 1 TD. The consensus thinking is that he will be able to pass the concussion tests this week and should be able to play in Week 13.
