Nerdy Football Analysis: Jeffery received the franchise tag last season but it appears the Bears are in a total rebuild mode and will let Jeffery test the free agent waters. He hasn’t played a full season since 2014 and his 52-804-2 line ranked 36th among fantasy wide receivers in 2016. The Eagles and Colts reportedly have interest.
