The Steelers sent Antonio Brown to Pittsburgh for evaluation but injury considered day-to-day, according to coach Mike Tomlin, who would not specify the injured body part. (ESPN – Jeremy Fowler)
Nerdy Football Analysis: ESPN’s Adam Schefter later reported Brown is expected “to be fine in a few days.” For now, it appears the game’s most productive receiver doesn’t have much to worry about. Should he miss time at any point during the season, JuJu Smith-Schuster would vault into low-end WR1 territory, while rookie James Washington would likely be on the WR3 radar.
