Expected to be ready for camp
Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said WR Amari Cooper “is still working through” ankle injury, hence why he hasn’t practiced this spring. McCarthy “hopeful” that Cooper will be ready for start of training camp. Cooper had surgery this offseason. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Cooper’s surgery occurred in early January and there’s been no indication that he won’t be ready for camp. Cooper is entering his 7th season and has been very consistent since coming to Dallas with fantasy finishes of WR22, WR15 and WR22 in PPR leagues the last three seasons. A solid WR2.
