Nerdy Football Analysis: It’s not known if Thielen tested positive or was deemed a close contact – the distinction being that the former would rule him out for Week 12 while the latter would give him a chance to play against the Carolina Panthers. If Thielen misses Week 12, Justin Jefferson would step up into the lead role and a strong high-end WR2 consideration. Irv Smith might stand to benefit the most from a fantasy perspective, however.
