Two limited practices to begin the week
Packers running back Aaron Jones said he hurt his toe against the Panthers last weekend. He practiced today and said he’s “feeling good, ready to go” this weekend. (Olivia Reiner on Twitter)
Nerdy Football Analysis: Nothing to see here (at least not yet). Jones told reporters he hurt his toe against Carolina in Week 15 but that he was “feeling good” after Thursday’s practice. With Jamaal Williams (quad) looking unlikely for this week, the stage appears to be set for Jones to repeat the kind of usage that allowed him to log season highs in carries (20) and touches (23) last week. He’s a strong candidate – along with Derrick Henry – to be the overall RB1 in fantasy when the Packers and Titans do battle this weekend.
