Nerdy Football Analysis: With Shephard out and Latimer questionable it’s going to be the Saquon Barkley and Evan Engram show against the Bills. Bennie Fowler, Russell Shepard and perhaps T.J. Jones will be change ups on the outside but expect the Giants to lean their running back and tight end in Week 2.
