Wide receiver/teturner Devin Hester (toe), linebacker Justin Durant (foot), cornerback Desmond Trufant (shoulder), running back Antone Smith (hamstring), tight end Tony Moeaki (ankle), linebacker Joplo Bartu (quadriceps) and safety Robenson Therezie (quadriceps) were declared out for the game. Running back Devonta Freeman (hamstring) is not expected to play, but wasn’t declared out. Several other starters, like quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receiver Julio Jones, are not expected to play. Nerdy Football Analysis: Tevin Coleman and Devonta Freeman will battle for carries all season, however both players are recovering from pre-season hamstring injuries. Freeman has been limited since returning to practice but reports indicate he is progressing towards being 100 percent by Week One. At this point, health and competition are suppressing the fantasy appeal of both running backs to RB4 territory.
