Alabama OC headed to Atlanta

The Atlanta Falcons have announced former Alabama offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian as their offensive coordinator, replacing new San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. (ESPN)

Nerdy Football Analysis: Sarkisian was the head coach of USC and Washington before serving as offensive consultant and coordinator for Alabama. This will be Sarkisian’s first go around as an OC in the NFL and he lands in a high-powered offense with plenty of weapons.
